I was talking with someone the other day and he shared how he had given and nothing came from it. I asked how long has he been generous. He looked at me puzzled and confused. Then I asked him if he was a gardener?

To many times we think generosity is a microwave proposition. Put it in, punch a few buttons and bam out comes the desired result of putting it in.

Generosity is a harvest proposition

Plant it (2 Corinthians 9:6 — Sow

nurture it — Galatians 6:9 — Don’t wear out

harvest it — 2 Corinthians 9:7 — Reap what you sow
